As founder of the New England School of Music (NESOM) with chapters in Boston and San Francisco, Aditya trains over 100 students annually. He has served as adjunct professor at Salem State University and on faculty at Harvard Sangeet, with workshops at Harvard, MIT, Cornell, Columbia, Yale and beyond.
